GUIDELINES

This is a relaxed, casual, private house providing a family run B&B.

At the property you will see two very friendly cats who will possibly join us to welcome you.

We are asking respectfully that you refrain from smoking, in and around the property and we also appreciate the removal of outdoor footwear when entering the property. 

Our aim is a feeling of a "home from home" experience. 

Please let us know if you require any help and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

Our check in times are 4-9pm and the check out is by 10.00am.

Any check in/out outside these hours incurs on a late/early check in/out fee. Please let us know if this will be the case. 

Please note that bookings are non-refundable.
